The most winningest coach in Canton McKinley High School Football history. Father of Josh who began his Professional Coaching carreer with the New England Patriots in 2001 and advancing to becoming Offensive Coordinator in 2012 and was recently named Head Coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. His youngest son Ben is also still a student of the game as he recently accepted a position with the Houston Texans Coaching Staff. Even at the age of 72 Thom still finds himself working privately with premier Quarterbacks aside from his ultimate book and video collection Coach McD is the epitome of The Destination when you consider the Journey.
